the privacy of your own home, even if there is no CIP program in your
local area. To find out more you can click here to

Logon problems and forgotten passwords.
If you have signed up for the the Christian
Intervention Program Online and are having problems logging in to the
classes, or you are a CIP Coordinator, or CIP Field Man and are having
problems logging on to the Intranet here are some things you should check:
- Your User ID and password are case sensitive. This means, that "PASSOWRD" is
not the same as "password" or "Password". Check
your <Caps Lock> key to be sure that you are not typing in UPPERCASE
when you intend to be typing in lowercase. Check the getting started
information that was sent to you to see what is expected.
- Are you you are logging into the right section? If you are a CIP
Student you will only have access to the "Classes". The "Intranet" is
only accessible to CIP Coordinators and CIP Field Men.
- If you have changed or forgotten your password, enter your e-mail
address in the space below and click the "E-Mail Password" button.
Your password will then be e-mailed to you.

How to print web pages.
If you are having problems printing web
pages, there are a few things you should check:
- The first thing to do is to locate the printing options for your
web browser. Most web browsers have their printing options located
under the main "File" menu and are usually called something
like "Page Setup", "Print Setup". Others may have
these options under the "Edit" menu or "Tools" menu
and may be located with the generic "Options" or "Preferences".
If you are unable to locate the printing options for your web browser
consult the browsers manual or help text.
- The most common problem is incorrect margins. Most browser set the
left and right margins to 1" or more. This is actually a fairly
large margin, and may result in the right side of web pages being "clipped" or
missing. To correct this problem you should set the left and right
margins as small as possible. Usually if you set them to 0, they will
automatically be set to the minimum allowed by the printer. (most
printers require at least a 1/4" or 0.25" margin)
- Another common problem is missing background colors or images. Once
again, by default, many browsers only print the text, or the text
and some of the graphics. On some browsers this can be changed, on
others it can not. Consult you browsers manual or help text for instructions
on how to change this.

Report an error or problem on a web
page.
The Spirit of Freedom web site has been
designed to be compatible with most version 4 and higher browsers. We
have tried to minimize the use of features that require special plug-ins,
or very loose security options. If you are having problems that you feel
may be related to browser version compatibility you can report it on
the form below. Please note the type and version of the browser you are
using. This information is usually available under the browsers "Help/About"
menu.
If you have encountered a typo or a broken
link you can also report it on the form below.
